Respect Consult took over the overall legal services of a new investor for Bulgaria. The Belgian company JORIS IDE JSC has chosen as its trustee Lawyer Hristo Kostadinov to advise the company on the registration of its independent company in the City of Plovdiv, Republic of Bulgaria, as well as on the overall legal services for the implementation of their investment initiatives for real estate, construction on a production basis, and structuring and development of their business intentions and activities in the country.

JORIS IDE JSC is a European leader in the production of thermo panels, metal profiles and thermo insulation, components of modern construction technologies and engineering. In Bulgaria, the company invests in the purchase of real estate, with an area of over 20 acres, as well as in the construction of its own production and storage base on the territory of Trakia Economic Zone – the largest industrial zone in the Balkans.
